Robert (Bob) Lloyd Russell is a Bible teacher and seminar leader whose purpose is to help Christians develop a living theology and dynamic discipleship. He is the author of the Christian Concepts Series as well as the Editor of "JIM ELLIOT: A Christian Martyr Speaks to You." Bob holds a MBA from the University of Portland and a Master of Christian Leadership from Western Seminary.

He discusses his two favorite Scriptures:
2 Peter 1:1-9, specifically verses 3 and 4 - His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
1 Thess 4:9-12 - Now about your love for one another we do not need to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other. And in fact, you do love all of God’s family throughout Macedonia. Yet we urge you, brothers and sisters, to do so more and more, and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.

Bob's recommended resources include 33 The Series by Dr. Robert Lewis, Principles of Spiritual Growth by Miles Stanford, and Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain.
